Please make sure to read my Terms of Service before you commission me!
Art is my love language, and I treat it with care. Please read these so we can have a respectful exchange and collaborate smoothly.
By purchasing any artwork from me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to the following conditions.
I obtain the right to cancel the commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation of my terms of service.
I will do my best to confirm and communicate the pricing, sending, and any delays in commissions.I accept payment via bank transfers, DuitNow, TouchnGo, and PayPal.
Upright payment of 50% is required to start commission work.
An additional 20% of the total commission charge is placed for rush fees when you have a specific deadline in mind.
Once the commission total is confirmed, an invoice will be sent in accordance with the agreed-upon amount and terms.
I can work in up to 2 instalments as long as it is discussed before sending the invoice.
Payment should be in MYR. If you are not based in Malaysia, please let me know so I can adjust the commission price according to your location.
Tips are appreciated but not necessary!
refunds may given if:
I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason, or
I have not yet begun your commission, and two (2) or more months have passed since you paid 50% of your commission.
If a commissioner wishes for a refund, they will receive 100% if no steps have been taken at all, 60% if no inking has begun, and 20% if I have finished lining. Once the artwork is coloured, no refunds are available.
Please provide all the necessary reference materials for your piece. Visual references and written references are okay!
If the reference is too complex or vague, I may add a charge to the order, and you'll be updated.
Reference sheets are encouraged! Full body images with specific colour palettes are encouraged as well.
If your reference requires multiple photos, I prefer it to be sent in a Google Drive folder for better file management.
I will NOT allow redrawing another artist's artwork. Using an existing piece as a light reference is okay, but redrawing it is STEALING!
Please be specific with your order. I love working off of artistic freedom, but if you want something precise, I need detailed information.
Upon payment, I will start working on a sketch. The sketch will be used to fix, change, remove, or add to.
Anything I missed from the given information or reference on the order will be changed for free.
Any edits past 2 fixes during the sketch will cost a fee. The fee depends on the complexity/number of changes. This is subject to change based on the amount of the sketch that is requested to be changed.
Any edits post-sketch that were not from my end will cost a fee (again, depending on what needs to be fixed/redrawn).
I am not responsible for faults resulting from information you do not provide to me.
time frame
Commissions are done from two (2) weeks to two (2) months. Subject to change based on my schedule and the complexity of commissions. Keep in mind that I am a full-time student.
Deadlines are acceptable and should be stated a minimum of seven (7) days from the time of order. Pricing will be added to skip ahead in line/to shorten the deadline.
Gentle reminders every now and then are acceptable.
Progress on the commission will be updated on my Google Sheets (coming soon), or to you directly if there are any delays.
